Le jour 30 avril dans le Palazzo della Provincia de Pescara a eu lieu la Conférence "UFO ? la vérité est Top Secret, de la zone 51 à la planète X", organisé par l'Association culturelle"Ufobserver".
Au cours de la Conférence, j'ai associés sur des bases souterraines aux États-Unis et dédié le dernier quart d'heure de mon intervention à un très petit résumé de mon travail au cours des cinq dernières années dans une nouvelle direction qui, à partir de maintenant, sera le sujet principal dans mes conférences futures.
Il s'agit d'une petite anticipation. En l'an 2000, que je travaillais à Rome en tant qu'éditeur de la « Stargate » magazine et j'ai écrit de nombreux articles sur les Apparitions de Fatima, leur célèbre Troisième Secret et autres mystères liés à l'état du Vatican.
Après la publication de ces articles, j'ai commencé à recevoir beaucoup d'email d'une personne qui s'est qualifié lui-même comme un initié du Vatican d'envie de me connaître pour mes recherches sur Fatima. De ces e-mails rose l'histoire d'une Agence de renseignement du Vatican présumé nommé « S.I.V. » code « Servizio Informazioni del Vaticano ».
Après un an de ce type de contacts épistolaires (en attendant cette personne avait révélé pour moi il était membre de l'ordre des Jésuites travaillant dans les structures du Saint-Siège S.I.V. et j'ai pu vérifier que ces informations étaient vraies), nous avons enfin rencontré dans un lieu public à Rome et je pouvais me rends compte qu'il savait que beaucoup plus de ce qu'il avait dit dans ses lettres.
De plus, il m'a envoyé quelques trucs dont une vidéo (montrée lors de la Conférence de Pescara) au sujet des observations de quelque chose comme une dixième planète s'approchant du système solaire.

Cette vidéo avait été vraisemblablement enregistrée à 1995 par une sonde spatiale nommée Siloe et ses images avaient été envoyés plus tard à un radiotélescope secret caché dans une usine de raffinage du pétrole licenciée en Alaska, totalement géré par les Jésuites.
Selon cette personne, la raison d'établir le S.I.V. a été la rencontre avec une délégation étrangère au champ la Base aérienne de Muroc en février 1954, en présence du Président Dwight Eisenhower et de James Francis McIntyre, évêque de Los Angele
Après l'incroyable événement McIntyre s'est rendu à Rome pour désigner tout Pape Pius XII qui décident de fonder le S.I.V dans le but d'obtenir toutes informations possibles sur les étrangers et comment ils n'interagissent pas avec le gouvernement américain.
Puis évêque McIntyre et archevêque de Detroit Edward Mooney est devenu les coordonnateurs principaux éléments d'information entre les USA et l'état du Vatican. Incroyablement, plus tard il y aurait dû être certaines réunions personnelles directes entre S.I.V. membres et une course nordique-à la recherche d'étrangers venant de Pléiades. Vraisemblablement, ces étrangers a averti les humains contre une autre race extraterrestre rencontrée par les américains dans le désert de Californie.
Ces rencontres entre S.I.V et les étrangers ont eu lieu principalement dans le territoire des Etats-Unis, mais aussi (deux fois) dans l'Etat du Vatican, précisément au Vatican Gardens à l'Académie pontificale des Sciences en présence du Pape Pius XII le même.
Mon contact jésuite aussi m'ont confirmé la réalité de la rencontre de George Adamsky-John XXIII et parlé de certains détails très intéressants à ce sujet
Il a également appelé « Secretum oméga » le plus haut niveau de secret en S.I.V, équivalent à de l'OTAN « Cosmic Top Secret ».

On the day 30 of April in the Palazzo della Provincia of Pescara took place the Conference "UFO? the Truth is Top Secret, from Area 51 to Planet X", organized by the "Ufobserver" Cultural Association.
During the conference I related about underground bases in the USA and dedicated the last fifteen minutes of my speech to a very short summary of my work during last five years in a new direction that, starting from now, will be the leading topic in my future lectures.
This is a little anticipation. In the year 2000 I was working in Rome as an editor in the "Stargate" magazine and I wrote many articles about Fatima Apparitions, their famous Third Secret and other Vatican State-related mysteries.
After the publication of these articles I started to receive many e-mails from a person who qualified himself as a Vatican insider longing to know me for my researches about Fatima. From those e-mails rose up the story of a presumed Vatican Intelligence Agency named "S.I.V." code from "Servizio Informazioni del Vaticano".
After one year of such kind of epistolary contacts (in the meantime that person had revealed to me he was a S.I.V. member from the Jesuit order working in structures of the Holy See and I could verify that these information were true), we finally met in a public place in Rome and I could realize that he knew much more of what he had said in his letters.
Moreover, he sent to me some stuff including a video (shown during the Pescara Conference) regarding observations of something like a tenth planet approaching the Solar System.
Video Evidence Shows Existence of Planet 'X'
Such video had been presumably taped in 1995 from a space probe named Siloe and its images had been later sent to a secret radio-telescope hidden in a dismissed oil-refining plant in Alaska, totally managed by Jesuits.
According to this person the reason to establish the S.I.V. was the meeting with an Alien delegation at Muroc Air Field Base in February 1954 in presence of president Dwight Eisenhower and James Francis McIntyre, bishop of Los Angeles.
After the incredible event McIntyre flew to Rome to refer everything to Pope Pius XII who decided to found the S.I.V with the aim to get every possible information about Aliens and how they did interact with the American Government.
From then bishop McIntyre and Detroit Archbishop Edward Mooney became the main information coordinators between USA and the Vatican State. Incredibly, later on there should have been some direct personal meetings between S.I.V. members and a nordic-looking race of Aliens coming from the Pleiades. These Aliens presumably warned humans against another alien race met by the Americans in the California Desert.
These meetings between S.I.V and Aliens took place mainly in the USA territory but also (two times) in the Vatican State, precisely in Vatican Gardens at the Papal Academy of Sciences in presence of Pope Pius XII the same.
My Jesuit contact also confirmed to me the reality of the George Adamsky-John XXIII meeting and talked about some very interesting details about it.
He also called "Secretum Omega" the highest secrecy level in S.I.V, equivalent to to the NATO "Cosmic Top Secret".
