It is with a sad heart that I have to break this bad news to the world. At the age of 76 my Dad, Dr. Jesse Marcel Jr.’s life on earth has ended on August 25, 2013. He was alone and apparently had a heart attack. Although it is a very sad time for our entire family I am happy to know that he lived an eventful life. I am so proud to be his daughter. He had taught me so many things in life and one of the more important things I learned from my Dad was to never back down in the face of adversity. Thanks to  Michael Reiche writes, “Jesse was a giant to many of us, a modest man whose father, Major Jesse Marcel, Sr., was the Roswell Army Air Field base Intelligence officer, the first to reach and examine the Roswell crash debris field. Editor’s Note: My wife and I had lunch with Jesse at the Citizens Hearing on Disclosure in Washington DC at the National Press Club on May 2, 2013. He told me he was very proud of his father who was an exceptionally honorable man and had brought home extraterrestrial debris from a crashed UFO in July of 1947, for his Mother and him to see. He had held the metal pieces in his hand and they all knew the material was not from Earth based on the hieroglyphics, light weight, and strength of the metal.

 He told me about his serving in 18 months Iraq as an Army Colonel as a medical doctor flight surgeon, and his frequent flights in the 189th Attack Helicopter Battalion flying 225 hours of combat. He seemed full of life and proud of his accomplishments and was positive the government had chosen to keep alien visitation a secret.

Jesse Marcel Jr. is a retired, full-bird Colonel, who spent 38 years serving his country with honor and loyalty but assured me he personally held part of an alien UFO. Marcel attended the Louisiana State University School of Medicine at New Orleans, graduating in July of 1961, earning a degree in medicine. He became a specialist in ear, nose and throat medicine. During his career in the National Guard, he was appointed State Surgeon of the State of Montana and retired from the military a second time in August of 1996 on his 60th birthday. The Iraqi war required him to be called back to active duty in October of 2004 shortly after his 68th birthday for an 18 month tour in Iraq.

He is survived by his wife Linda, his children Jesse Jr., Michael, John, Marissa, Mackenzie, Aimee, Ashley and Mark and all of his grandchildren. Although Jessie and his father are no longer with us, the Roswell Legacy will live on FOREVER and I will always miss him!

Tom Sutter writes, “Microwaves are created within a device we call a magnetron. Don't let that complicated sounding name intimidate you. A magnitron is a simple, straightforward device. It forces electrons to go from a negative terminal to a positive terminal whilst passing through a magnetic field.” ‘When electrons encounter magnetic line of force, they rotate (spin) around that line of force before proceeding toward the positive terminal that they are traveling to. That electron/magnetic interaction results in the creation of microwave energies.

WHY would advanced societies bother to show us how a magnetron works since we already know about it? I'll tell you why. It is because of an overlooked-by-us usage of microwave energies. At a specific frequency at about 27 GHZ - Microwaves 'shake-up' a water molecule to the point where that molecule splits into its constituent parts. Namely, hydrogen and oxygen.

Whereupon, at that high rate of agitation, they promptly rejoin once again to form the water molecule that was just split. And guess what? - the process repeats! Because the 3.3 volts of electrical energy emitted when the hydrogen and oxygen atoms combine is raised via the incorporation of a circuitry consisting of huge capacitors and diodes and then fed back into the magnetron's central mesh of high temperature, non magnetic, insulated wires, where the hydrogen/oxygen are combining/splitting.

Burlington -- The photo was taken August 20, 2013, at sunset. A quiet evening was broken by banging on Barb’s

door. Dona yelled, "Come out, come out. The suns on fire bring your camera." And there it was. The most amazing sight I have ever seen. It appeared as if "flames" were jumping off the sun. Barb took photo with her Olympus camera. The neighborhood knows of that smoke stack but has never seen this effect before.

Engineers at Verizon have told me they expect to lose more satellites due to severe solar storms over the next 16 months. They've already lost two satellites so far this year. A meeting a year and half ago in Brussels reported that tidal waves are expected to migrate inland for some five miles from current levels! Thanks to Frank Chille.

Note: A large solar eruption, known as a coronal mass ejection (CME), occurred at 4:24 a.m. EDT October 20, and blasted billions of tons of solar particles toward Earth at 2 million mph that may have been captured. Perhaps the chimney released heat that caused the sun to shimmer.

Cassidy reached out to Mission Control about the strange item, which was drifting lazily in the emptiness of space." Astronaut Chris Cassidy looked out the window of the International Space Station and saw a mysterious object drifting by. Cassidy immediately reached out to Mission Control: “Houston, we`ve got a UFO!”

The UFO has been identified by Russian flight controllers as an antenna cover from the Zvezda service module. Yep, even solid citizens see UFO`s, but there`s always a rational and sometimes mundane explanation. Snip

Houston -- Charlette writes, “I read your emails and I decided to share a story about something that happened to me, which is different than most UFO reports. At 9:30 pm, two days after hurricane Ike hit Texas in 08. I think Ike hit on Sept 12th and this happened on the14th.” Well, to the story, I went to my daughter’s house a day after the storm when we lost power. At 9 pm everyone went to bed and I slept on an air mattress on the floor. She had just had her first baby in August and this would be the first time my granddaughter and I were under the same roof at the same time. By 9:30 everyone was asleep and out of thin air this round black rubix cube appeared, divided like how the ley lines are laid out over the Earth.

 It was about 6 to 8 inches round and was about 6 feet off the ground, illuminating an inch around it. There was a very dim light in the center of each of 4 or 5 sections. I was excited about seeing it, but truly blown away that something like that would appear in front of me. My intensions were to get up and go to it and look more for another light source that could be creating it. It did not look holographic, it looked solid, like it could have been a toy.

I lay down on the sofa and woke up the next morning. Now, I can just fathom the thought of something that could break down the molecular structure of matter in such a way that it could reconstruct it's self inside ones home. I actually saw it, plain as day. That morning I jerked myself up off the sofa just to realize what had happened. I finally told my daughter later that day when she came home from work due to the fact I had to reassure myself I did not imagine it...it was what I saw. Now you have to understand that I have raised my 2 children (now 36 and 42) to know about thing like ufo's and other anomalies and to believe that things like this are real.

I told my daughter about the sighting, and we had a UFO sighting when she was 4 years old BUT she did not accept .Mom, I believe that you believe what you saw was real. Then in my search for answers I came across you and your site and read and research some of the things you report. I guess what I'm asking is, if you have ever heard of such a thing in all your reports? Thanks to Charlette.

Note: The sightings of small flying objects inside people’s homes are often reported. Some abductees feel they are reconnaissance vehicles and some claim they even transform into entities.

 Fukushima nuclear plant said on Thursday new spots of high radiation had been found near storage tanks holding highly contaminated water that has been pumped through the reactors to keep fuel in the melted cores from overheating. There are 350 bolted-style tanks in place and another 710 welded tanks.

The bolted tanks were sealed with resin but some are leaking. Tokyo Electric Power Co said, “Some bolted tanks have failed, leaking 300 tons of highly radioactive water each day that may have seeped into the Pacific Ocean.”

A tsunami crashed into the Fukushima Daiichi power plant north of Tokyo on March 11, 2011, causing fuel-rod meltdowns at three reactors, radioactive contamination triggering the evacuation of 160,000 people. It was the world's worst nuclear accident since Chernobyl in 1986 and no one seems to know how to bring the crisis to an end. Japan is calling for help.

 The Obama administration tried to bolster its case for possible military action against Syria within days, with intelligence agencies preparing to release intercepted communications aimed at proving President Assad perpetrated a large-scale chemical weapons attack on its civilians near Damascus.

There is a strong possibility that Al Qaeda actually used the chemical weapons in an effort to get the West to help in the fight against Assad, who has strongly denied the attack. Al Qaeda has the most to gain and has shown a willingness to kill innocent people to further their goal of taking over the Syrian government and to rule the Sunni religious majority.

The US Navy is setting up off the coast. Red areas are Government controlled while blue is held by the rebels. Syrian air bases would likely be attacked.

  CAPE CANAVERAL -- NASA will reactivate a mothballed infrared space telescope for a three-year mission to search for potentially dangerous asteroids on a collision course with  Earth starting in October. The  Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer, or WISE, telescope also will hunt for targets for a future mission to send a spacecraft to rendezvous with an asteroid.

Launched in December 2009, the WISE telescope spent 13 months scouting for telltale infrared signs of asteroids, stars, and distant galaxies. WISE observed more than 34,000 asteroids in the main asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter and another 135 asteroids in orbits that come close to Earth. Overall, scientists cataloged more than 560 million objects with WISE. The telescope’s instruments were turned off when its primary mission was completed in February 2011.

NASA’s  Jet Propulsion Laboratory already has found about 95 percent of the  near-Earth asteroids that are .62 miles (1 km) or larger in diameter. The agency is about halfway through a 15-year effort to find 90 percent of all near-Earth objects that are as small as about 459 feet (140 meters) in diameter.

The search took on a note of urgency after a small asteroid blasted through the skies above  Chelyabinsk, Russia, in February 2013 and exploded with 20- to 30 times the force of the Hiroshima atomic bomb. More than 1,500 people were injured. The events prompted Congressional hearings to step up asteroid detection initiatives and to double NASA’s $20 million Near-Earth Objects detection programs.

About 66 million years ago, an object 6 miles (10 km) in diameter smashed into what is now the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, leading to the demise of the dinosaurs, as well as most plant and animal life on Earth.

El Mirage -- I was driving to work at 5:19 AM, to central Phoenix on August 14, 2013; I stopped at a stop sign on the access road to Grand Avenue and saw there was a nice cloud formation backed by a colorful sunrise. I decided to snap a photo and took the shot facing east at the sunrise. I took two shots and reviewed them a few days later when I noticed the glowing lights in the sky.

I used my phones screen to zoom in and was in awe looking at six orbs of light in a circular or oval shape. I live near Luke Air Force Base and see fighter jets all the time but this was definitely NOT one of them. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Clovis -- At 6:51 AM, I was taking pictures of the sunrise and the clouds of a thunderstorm which was traveling down the San Joaquin valleys east side along that was dissipating on August 18, 2013. When I downloaded the pictures to the computer I noticed I had caught three objects in the sky. My first thought was I had captured three UFOs moving south and I took a second picture seconds later, and noticed four faint black dots in the second picture. I contacted and showed the picture to a Sanger California paranormal radio talk show host Jeffery Gonzales, and he didn’t know what they were? I was really excited that I might have captured real UFOs but without the proper photo enhancing equipment I can’t say what they are. The camera I used is a digital Olympus fe-230 7.1. Lakewood -- This is the third time in the past six months that I've seen this large object/aircraft in the night skies over the Metro Denver area. At roughly 4:15 AM on August 14, 2013. I was driving by Wal-Mart near 1st and Wadsworth- roughly when I saw a slow object moving east. What struck me was how this craft resembled the previous two sightings I witnessed this year.

The aircraft seems to be larger than a commercial airliner, with three bright white 'LED' lights on the front forward facing underside and a smaller flashing white 'LED' on the wingtip. It was flying about 90 mph as drove south onto Wadsworth Avenue and I could see the underside of the aircraft. The underside of is honeycombed flat patterned triangle shaped layout with yellow lights. From this angle, looking directly at the back of the aircraft I could see two flashing 'LED' lights on the wingtips. No sound could be heard. It is awesome and possibly a military aircraft. If you’re awake around 3AM-4:30AM and you live in Denver area keep an eye on the night skies! Each time I saw this craft it was flying towards Fitzsimmons/CU Medical University area. SALIDA --My friend and I were up at Mt. Antero, gold panning when I decided to

 take some pictures of the area on August 18, 2013. I took pictures of the Mt Antero and the meadow and pictures of a beautiful stream.

When I got home to Colorado Springs I noticed a dark dull object in the picture. Neither I nor my friend saw or heard anything. According to the GPS, we were at 12 thousand feet and it was a thousand feet above us. I’ve never seen anything I couldn’t explain. When we try to blow up the photo, it looks like there is a glow around it and its oblong. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Florida UFO over Moon Alien Abduction

MIAMI -- This is a star-like object, a very bright point of light captured on August 16, 2013. I have seen this object before and it has a certain regularity. I used a Sony HD camcorder and you can see clearly that is a point of light, like a star, but it does not move in a straight line, so it is not an astronomical object or a satellite. I first spotted the object around 7:30 pm, still in daylight that appeared lower in the north horizon. It usually moves around the same point, but on August 16, it moves up all the way to the zenith, and then it fades away on the west direction around 8:24 pm.
That day also I noticed a silent drone flying around and took many hours of video recording it. Be aware that this object appears to be in the top levels of the atmosphere. Thanks to MUFON CMS

MIAMI -- On August 2, 2005, the Thomas witness called, saying that he had just awakened and was very; very thirsty even after drinking several bottles of water and wanted to tell me about what happened to him. He said, “At 1:10 AM, I had an overwhelming urge to go out back when I saw an orange light above the retention pond in my yard.” He said, “I saw the same one that I saw over the Gulf, but it was straight across, pointed at the end about 200 to 300 feet in the air that may have been a disk.” The surface was orange, pulsating, and there were three squares, then a space and then three more squares. He saw it for about 45 seconds and then it completely vanished. He found it hard to get back inside but did not awaken the others in his house.

He called me at 3:52 AM, stating, “I had two hours and forty-two minutes of missing time that was likely an abduction.” Thomas became very thirsty after this, drinking five 16 oz. bottles of water at once. He later suffered from vomiting, diarrhea and inability to urinate. On August 4, he noticed a slight burning sensation on his chest and discovered a small red triangle just below the skin. His doctor didn’t know what it was, but didn’t think it was anything to worry about. The doctor did find that his Triglycerides were dangerously high, 410, (normal 40 to 200) and said that he could be at risk for a stroke or heart attack. The doctor also found that his Electrolytes were extremely low, and advised him to drink PediaLite and to eat only fruit and vegetables. The family had gone to Cape Canaveral to see the space shuttle return and had lunch with the astronauts, Thomas’ niece asked about drinking Tang. The astronaut said, “We no longer drank that and use a different formula because they had found that weightlessness caused a decrease of electrolytes in the human body.” This may be significant to Thomas because his electrolytes were very low after an apparent abduction. CUMMING -- Sitting on the front porch and noticed two bright lights in the sky to the south on August 21, 2013. They hovered and changed directions going back and forth. Then  they would change from green to red and drop like a rock behind the treeline. This was about 2 weeks before I made this report. I was told they may have been Helios helicopters. I didn’t notice them again until last night; they were in the same location and doing the same thing as before, changing color and dropping out of sight and back up again. Tonight they appeared at the same time around 9:15 pm. I drove to a better location to observe them and a couple of more people were watching them. A lady said that it flew right over them just before I arrived and was in the shape of an asterisk with a spinning motion in the center, she said it made a slight humming noise like an air conditioning unit. We watched the lights hover; float around make hairpin turns and come to a complete stop. One of the objects changed colors from a green and white light to a brilliant red and dropped like a rock behind the treeline. The other one floated around then hovered. A few minutes passed and the object that dropped behind the treeline reappeared rising back up in a brilliant red light, turning to a blinding white light.

We watched the objects and we had a really freaky feeling watching them. Then both objects turned red and dropped behind the treeline and we didn’t see them again. The other couple said they saw the objects drop behind the trees. One goes down while the other stays up and hovers and floats nearby then both objects dropped below the tree line. Chicago I was on the Amtrak train, the train had just entered so being the tourist I am I took a photo of the Willis (or Sears) tower. I had not seen anything at the time it took the picture. I was still on the train at the time; I took the picture through the window. The window had a smear on it, if you look at the picture the UFO looks like its emitting smoke, it’s not, it’s the smear. When I noticed it on my picture the first thing that came to mind was "I actually caught a legit UFO, and I’m only 12". Thanks to MUFON CMS

 GRAND RAPIDS -- On August 24, 2013, at 2:45 AM, I witnessed an orange pulsating orb in the north sky as I stepped outside to smoke a cigarette. I quickly turned on the video on my Galaxy Exhibit 4G. I am a US Air Force veteran and aware of what aircraft look like at night.

I have never seen anything that fits the description of the craft that I saw.

This is the second strange encounter I’ve had in the last two years. My brother also had a strange encounter.

 Marlton -- My kids and their mother were driving down Route 70 east when they saw a UFO hovering over farm land on August 25, 2013. It began to move slowly, and was as high as a 10 story building. They immediately knew it was an UFO because it had three white lights shining below the craft that descended 20 feet. The lights were a continuous bright light for the full 20 feet. After several minutes, a second UFO with red outside lights appeared and hovered next to the first UFO. They were very frightened and went to the nearest store where there were other observers who they said did not know what it was. After 15 minutes, they left the store and once again saw the two UFOs. As they drove down Route 70 a third UFO joined the other two and formed a triangle and slowly climbed upwards. They lost the UFOs and were too scared to try to follow them. Corona -- My brother and I were checking out the area near the Corona UFO crash site of 1947. We took some photos with our iPhone on August 19, 2013, and when we got back home, we noticed something in our photo.

When the photo was taken, no A/C, birds, or debris was visible in the air. We heard no sound. I do not know what the object is... I’ve tried to analyze the pictures but no great results.

 Fayetteville -- Travelling north in my car after work on August 24, 2013, we took a picture of a cloud formation. The sun was behind the car.

Our photo captured an object we noticed in the photo later that evening. Object was moving at incredible speed and we used a Stop f/2.4 exposure at 1/3717 second at ISO Speed of 100 Focal length 5mm.

SANDUSKY -- On August 9, 2013, about 10:20 PM, we were talking about seeing UFO’s, when we saw something that looked liked Japanese Lanterns in the sky.

I took a picture of them but what I saw wasn’t what I got in the picture.

Mustang -- We were at the Mustang City Park with family and friends to watch the fireworks on July 4, 2013 that were exploding around us. My sister-in-law said, “Jeff look a UFO.” I looked where she pointed above the building in front of us. I pulled out my Samsung Digital Camera and took several pictures. My sister-in-law also recorded pictures on her phone. At first I thought it was fireworks but it was moving too fast, and a firework went off near it. It looked like it jumped away from the explosion. You can see it jump between the first and second picture. It was my first good sighting and it just faded away. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Oregon Cylinder

UNION -- On August 11, 2013, I was in my front yard looking at the stars and saw to the west a bright white orb sphere appear. It was real bright that’s why I noticed it. No noise came from it when it moved through the sky about the speed of a plane and was definitely lower in altitude than a plane. I took my camera on my phone and captured two pictures before it flew out of sight. I don’t know what it is but I do know I have seen similar things for the past two years off and on. I was super excited and when I got inside much later and looked at my pictures I was in shock in what was in both photos. Thanks to MUFON CMS

I was on the first leg of a flight from Denver, CO to Charleston, SC and was staring out the window, as I do on long boring flights and I noticed a long black cylinder like object directly off the left side of the 737 aircraft. I took images with my iPhone around noon before we landed in Nashville, TN. on March 14, 2011. I fly often and know what other aircraft looks like outside of a plane window. This object was odd because it had no trail and it kept up with our plane. Before changing direction completely and speeding up the object was almost vertical. I pointed it out to my friend who also saw it but could not explain it either. It changed direction and sped away. Thanks to MUFON CMS

HAMPTON -- I was outside taking pictures on August 20, 2013, of the full blue moon with my new Samsung 16 megapixel camera. After downloading the pictures to my computer a noticed a contrail next to the moon of three contrails merging into one. I could not see the aircraft that were making the contrails. I could see there were round objects following behind in the contrail. One of the objects stayed with the flight until the last picture. The objects may have been illuminated by the sun as it was 8:30 pm as the sun set. I am 65 years old and have lived my entire life near Langley Air Force base on the east coast water front. I would judge these objects to be in the 35000 to 40000 foot of altitude. The speed seemed to be somewhat faster than other aircraft I have recorded at that altitude. Thanks to MUFON CMS

 Leavenworth -- I saw a crystal type light, mid day around 2 PM, on August 18, 2013, and didn’t think much of it until a minute or so later so I took a picture. I thought it weird to see because there were absolutely no clouds in the sky. The picture is looking west-southwest. The shiny object was there for twenty minutes. It could be a cloud, but it would be the first I have seen that looked like that. And there were absolutely no other clouds in the sky. It looked the same as the photo and was clearer to the naked eye than the camera could capture. I just thought it odd for a “cloud” to shine like a crystal or diamond would when light reflects.

LAKE TITICACA -- We were crossing the border between Peru into Bolivia near the shore of Lake Titicaca on May 20, 2013. I took pictures of the view with my iPad, and when I saw the pictures later I realized there was a green orb.

In the second picture the green orb seems to have dashed 100 meters away in or more in less than 7 seconds.

Sorel-Tracy – I saw five lights following each other in line, the last one was higher and closer to the one in front. Going north then one by one turned to the east, dimmed and disappeared. One minute later a chopper with his lights on came from the east and turned south and took the same path. No sound was heard and the sky was clear. Thanks to MUFON CMS

 My name is Archie Saga, 37-yrs-old. I am a Filipino living in South of France about 16 years or so.

I would like to report a UFO sighting that I have captured using my cell phone (iPhone5) camera.

What amazed me after 3 shots that I took is that I didn't notice the object at the time. It was a terrible weather on June 13, 2013 at Cap D’ail; we were expecting a powerful thunderstorm so I took a photo of the clouds forming just above a super yacht. Powerful lightning was experienced that day cutting electricity four times.

I tried to zoom in the image but could not figure out exactly the shape of the object. There was a dark shade coming from below the object like a heat source. I believe I just took a genuine UFO photo.

Taj Mahal -- UFO was allegedly spotted by the Indian Army near Taj Mahal in mid August. A video posted online appeared to show a UFO close to  India's popular white marbled monument, Taj Mahal. A misleading news headline has led to confusing reports of the UFO sighting.

A report from The Inquisitr said it was true that the Indian army has reported UFO sightings, but they were nowhere near the Taj Mahal. The Army UFO sightings were part of a continuous wave of UFOs seen on the Indo-Tibetan/China Border.

Jason McClellan from Open Minds said after watching the video that it wasn't a bug since the object near Taj Mahal was not moving. The video appeared to be part of UFOPrimeTube's collection of UFO videos.

Comments under the video suggest the UFO sighting was not actually a UFO.

Kharghar Navi – During the past two or three months I have been noticing these really extraordinary objects that I believe is a UFO. It is a typical oval shaped light that is mostly visible between 10 PM and 10:20 PM. The August 19, 2013, light does not blink like those of planes so I am 110% sure it is a UFO! Yesterday it was visible for some ten minutes and disappeared two minutes before a plane came!

CANÓVANAS -- My son and I arrived from work and l looked at the moon and noticed the smoke or cloud line left below the moon which started from north to south which looked like something came into the atmosphere on August 18, 2013. Thanks to MUFON CMS

GERENA -- Mr. Antonio Márquez, a resident of Gerena, member of the National Police on duty at a commissariat in Seville, kindly visited ufologist Joaquín Mateos Nogales to report the following:

“While travelling in my car to Seville to join the ranks, I witnessed something unusual at Kilometer 9 of the Gerena Road, at the crossing with the road to Extremadura. The time was 20:45 hours on the night of 6 February 1990. A brilliant, triangular-shaped object was some 40 meters to the right of the road, at an altitude of approximately 100 meters.”

According to the witness, it measured 12 to 14 meters long, and within the triangle he could see several hexagons of mostly green, yellow and blue, which differentiated the hexagons. At the time, the witness was afraid to stop, uncertain of how the object would react, as he explained. Two cars crossed his own vehicle at the time, but did not stop, and neither did he. When he reached the crossing with the road to Extremadura, he went into a brick factory, somewhat nervously, and explained what he had seen to the person in charge.

 Fareham -- Seen five lights following each other in line, the last one was higher and closer to the one in front. Going north then one by one turned to the east, dimmed and disappeared. 1 minute latter a chopper whit his lights on came from the east and turned south (took about the same path in mid August.
