Un nouveau "rapport" bizarre circulant dans la blogosphère de la théorie du complot affirme qu'un document ultra-secrète du Kremlin a révélé les détails d'une récente réunion top secret entre le président Vladimir Poutine de Russie et le vice-président américain Joe Biden.
Au cours de la rencontre, Biden a remis à Poutine un message du président Barack Obama, demandant la coopération de la Russie pour établir un système de défense antimissile «à l'échelle de la Terre» pour protéger notre planète contre une invasion imminente d'OVNI extraterrestres prévue en septembre 2017.
Le déménagement de l'administration Obama pour obtenir le soutien et la coopération du Kremlin pour éviter la menace d'une invasion militaire extraterrestre de la planète Terre est arrivé après que des satellites de la NASA auraient détecté une immense flotte d'invasion d'OVNI extraterrestres qui est entrée dans notre système solaire.

During the meeting, Biden delivered to Putin a message from President Barack Obama, requesting Russia’s cooperation to establish an “Earth-wide” missile defense system to protect our planet from an impending alien UFO invasion expected to occur in September of 2017.
The move by the Obama administration to seek the support and cooperation of Kremlin to ward off the threat of an alien military invasion of planet Earth came after NASA satellites reportedly detected a massive “miles-wide” alien UFO invasion fleet that entered our solar system.
The massive fleet is believed to be heading toward Earth and will arrive in September of 2017.

The reason for the launches remains a mystery, but it is believed that the launches were part of ongoing efforts by the Pentagon to investigate the alleged incoming alien UFO invasion fleet.
